I kinda accept what …
I kinda accept what is being said here but I
also think it is too pat and too easy. There
are MD’s on YT who deal with adrenal fatigue
but I wonder why it is not well accepted?
What reason could be given to object to
the whole approach? The same is true of
IBS. Gastro MD’s don’t go there. WTH?

Thank you for putting the instructions for breathing squats at the end of the video!! You gave me great hope that I can recover from my Adrenal Fatigue. I’ve been resisting the caffeine 100 percent but I DO take frequent naps. At least now I have the breathing squats to help me when a nap is impossible. I put this video on my blog today so my readers can learn (TheSkinnyOnline) from your experience. Thanks so much!!
